To activate European civil society
towards participation through art is the aim of this work-in-process art project. How do we experience Europe, and how do we participate in it ourselves? Where do fault lines run in our society? Where are there boundaries or bridges between cultures?

A call for European civil engagement
with one’s stance and the peformative exploration of Europe. In togetherness the participators created an emotional MAP OF EUROPE and an EUROPE FRIES. Everyone was invited to create artistically represent commonalities, intersections, as well as fears and conflicts. Places, memories and visions gradually formed a unique collage and a living portrait of Europe.
[Perform Europe!]
Museum für Kommunikation, Frankfurt / Main, 02-03/2018. On a floor map and a panoramic frieze, a participatory emotional measurement of Europe takes place. All diplomatic missions, citizens, and those staying or passing through the city are invited. One’s own positions and those of others and society will be established and negotiated.

The Attack on Breitscheidplatz in Berlin
– and all those that followed – cast a dark shadow over the refugee welcome culture. To perform a peaceful society, it requires actively performing, participatory European residents and European travelers.
